AccountDeletion.

At Resoloot, we give users full control over their personal data. This policy explains how you can delete your account, what data is removed, and the methods available for requesting deletion.

Delete your account directly from Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account. Once submitted, your account and all associated personal data are permanently deleted.

How Users Can Delete Their Account

To delete your account from within the app:

    Open the Settings menu from the Profile section.
  2. 2
    Tap Account Settings.
  3. 3
    Select Delete Account — displayed in red.
  4. 4
    Review the confirmation message:
    “Are you sure you want to permanently delete your account? This action cannot be undone.”

    Confirm the deletion.
  6. 6
    The app confirms:
    Account Deleted. You have successfully deleted your account.
After deletion, you’re automatically logged out and redirected to the login screen.

What Happens When an Account Is Deleted

When a deletion request is received in-app, your account is permanently removed from our database. All associated personal data is deleted or anonymized, including:

  • Profile information
  • Posts and uploads
  • Badges and achievements
  • Subscription and billing details
  • Settings and preferences
  • Connected account information
Please note
  • You are logged out and cannot recover the deleted data.
  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
